Delegate Terms and Conditions
 

The online booking form for each of our events constitutes a legally binding agreement. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information. Cancellations must confirmed via the cancellation form provided on the event website.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.  We reserve the right to cancel any registrations that do not meet the criteria outlined for each event.

Data Protection and Privacy

The personal information you provide upon registering for one of our events will be held on a third-party CRM database (Infusionsoft) and accessed by DIGIT for communication purposes, including conference information and our newsletter.

Sharing of your data

DIGIT’s events are designed as a forum for senior IT and Digital practitioners to come together for knowledge exchange, discussion, and networking. Events also connect buyers and sellers of technology and facilitate business engagement opportunities between organisations across the IT supply chain.

To facilitate this engagement, basic delegate details are shared with conference sponsors and exhibitors. This includes name, company, job title, city, and contact details. By signing up to attend this event you acknowledge that you consent to share this information.

Registration details will be shared with 6Connex, our virtual event platform provider, for the purposes of logging into the event and removed at the end of the 6Connex licence period.

BOOKING NOTICE

If you are experiencing issues with the booking form not showing (Chrome web browser) please use a different browser e.g. internet explorer first then try and clear your cache and cookies. If it shows, please go ahead and book as usual. You will get a thank you page and email confirmation once successful.

Virtual Summit - this event will now be delivered online. Instructions about how to join will be emailed to those registered soon and will be available on this event website.  

This virtual summit is free to attend for end users working in Technical, Data, IT & Digital roles. Suppliers ('vendors') of technology products and services, business development/ sales personnel, consultancy & recruitment will be charged a £99 + VAT fee to join, this is in accordance with our terms and conditions.
